Guatemala Xinabajul Guilmer Castillo

$23.00

Our most recent coffee from Guatemala is our highest rated coffee we’ve ever had at the shop. I roasted this one right to the moments leading up to second crack and it really develops into such a rich and decadent coffee. The dark chocolate hits right up front and the finish is a smooth, almost syrupy walnut brownie. The gooey kind.

I think this coffee works best for a milk-based espresso drink. But, it’s versatile and can be enjoyed with many different brewing methods. Kick back and enjoy this one. It’s an incredibly small lot, so enjoy it while you can.

Size: 12oz

★★★★★

“It brings me back to being in Breckenridge … skiing. I was there two years ago and we would sit by the fire place, drinking coffee, and watch it snow.”
