Roasting

Roasting our own coffee is an expression of our creativity. It allows us to be actionable. We are proud of the product we create, and the actions taken to get there.

While it can be frustrating and challenging, we believe in continuing to learn and improve.

We believe the result is exceptional coffee.

What to expect when you order.

“This has never been about creating another boring coffee company. This has always been about imagining a new way to help people discover a better fucking life.”

  • A man wearing a black beanie and plaid shirt operating a vintage coffee roaster in a cafe or coffee shop with plants and large windows in the background.

We stand on the shoulders of those who have come before us. Then, we built on their work to create our own vision for coffee, and what we believe it can stand for.

Slow and steady. One batch at a time without skipping steps. Our roaster develops the flavors in sequence, and with purpose.

Your coffee is roasted after you order it. Great coffee, and a great life, are available to those who make patient, actionable steps towards achieving them.
