Wholesale coffee that protects the ritual.

Roast-to-order, small batch, and built for the pace of service—so your espresso tastes right on a boring Tuesday.

The 3 rituals we protect

How it Works

Order cut-off Thursday at 5:00 pm

  • Orders roasted Sunday/Monday

  • Cutoffs keep your week predictable and my roast schedule consistent. If you’re in a pinch, I’ll help when I can.

Core Offerings & Rotating Lots

House Espresso (Guatemala-led)
A chocolate-forward, structured espresso built for milk and straight shots. I keep this coffee in the same flavor lane year-round, but the specific Guatemalan lot will rotate—so you’ll get small, pleasant variations without losing the identity of your house espresso.

Rotating Single Origin (feature coffee)
A seasonal coffee that changes as sourcing changes. Ideal for pour-over, featured batch, or a limited espresso feature.

Comfort Drip (crowd-pleaser)
A rotating coffee selected to stay sweet, balanced, and easy to serve at volume—so your batch brew stays predictable even when the origin changes.

What changes: farm/lot, nuance, “surprises in a good way”

What doesn’t: roast style, solubility intent, flavor lane, support

FAQs

What’s the minimum order?

1

5 lbs per order. Most partners start with 5–10 lbs/week and adjust from there.

2

What’s your wholesale pricing?

  • 5–9 lbs per order: $33/lb

  • 10+ lbs/week (standing order): $31/lb

Do you offer standing weekly orders?

3

Yes. Standing orders roast weekly by default so you don’t have to remember to reorder. If you need to adjust a standing order, just give me 48 hours’ notice.

What coffees do you offer for wholesale?

4

I typically have 3–4 single origins available at any time.
For espresso, I always keep a Guatemala-led house espresso in a consistent flavor lane (with small, positive variations as lots rotate). For featured coffees, we rotate seasonally.

Once you’re set up, reordering is simple: message or email your weekly poundage and pickup day—same rhythm every week, minimal back-and-forth.

5

How does ordering work?

When do you roast, and when is pickup?

6

I roast Sundays and Mondays, roasted-to-order.
Local pickup is Wednesday.

Weekly cadence (local pickup):
Wednesday Pickup — cutoff Thursday 5pm → roasted Su/M → ready Wednesday

Do you help with dial-in and training?

7

Yes. I include initial dial-in support when you onboard (espresso + batch if needed). Ongoing support is always available—especially when lots rotate or seasons change.

My standard terms are Net 7 (recommended).

8

What are your payment terms?

If you want to include it:
Yes, depending on volume and location. Most partners are local pickup. If you need shipping, tell me your weekly volume and ZIP code and I’ll confirm options.

9

Do you ship wholesale orders?

Can I request samples before committing?

10

Absolutely. Request samples and I’ll send a small lineup that matches your menu (espresso + batch focus), plus a starting recipe and expectations.

Yes—origins and lots rotate. What stays consistent is the role on your menu (house espresso lane, comfort drip lane, featured seasonal lane) and the support to keep dialing easy.

11

Will your lineup change over time?

Green costs change. Pricing is stable, but may adjust if green coffee costs materially shift—always communicated in advance.

12

Is pricing locked in?
