Mexico Chiapas Villa Corzo

$23.00

A first for Zanarkand Coffee Roasters — our first ever single origin Mexico coffee. Most Chiapas coffees tend to have a nice nutty flavor profile to them with mellow acidity. I loved this lot and got notes of pistachio bar, chocolate almond granola and cocoa. It’s such a well rounded and people pleasing coffee. I roast this one a little past medium and I believe it shines perfectly. Smaller milk-based drinks let the coffee do the talking and it is also a great option as a daily drip.

I have roughly 18 or so pounds of it to offer and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Cheers and happy brewing.

★★★★★

“It brings me back to being in Breckenridge … skiing. I was there two years ago and we would sit by the fire place, drinking coffee, and watch it snow.”
