Colombia Honey Vereda El Páramo

$28.00

It’s been nearly two years since I have had a Colombian coffee available and I’m happy it’s back. This honey process lot from the El Páramo region works incredibly well as a single origin espresso for all you home baristas.

There is a lot of body, sugars and cocoa here as I tend to roast this coffee ever so slightly past medium. I think you’ll find a syrupy and bittersweet coffee with mild fruit tones in both the overall flavor and aroma.

Break this coffee out when you want to embrace a coffee that can do a little of everything. I believe you’ll dig it. Cheers and happy brewing.'

Size: 12oz

Grind: Whole bean
