For the first time ever, I am proud to roast you an El Salvador coffee! This family run farm is located in Apaneca, Ahuachapan — which is quite close to the Santa Ana Volcano and perched about 1550 meters above sea level.

I always try and bring you the most well balanced coffees to the roastery. This coffee is roasted on the medium side to bring out a number of lovely flavors. There is an ever-so-subtle lemon note in the aroma as the coffee cools. Yet, right up front are those chewy chocolate confections, toasted sesame and molasses bread notes. It’s just really damn good.

I recommend this coffee as a drip and of course, a single origin espresso.

Size: 12oz

Grind: Whole bean

“It brings me back to being in Breckenridge … skiing. I was there two years ago and we would sit by the fire place, drinking coffee, and watch it snow.”
