Ethiopia Guji Tuku

$28.00

For the first time in over a year, I happily welcome back a coffee from Ethiopia. And, for the first time ever, I have not written down the flavor profiles. I chose to do this because I realized that this is your coffee journey, not mine. What you taste is entirely subjective.

What I can tell you is that I roasted this batch lightly. It is bright, clean and wonderfully complex. I prefer this coffee with a pour over type of scenario. But, I also tried it via espresso in a flat white with about 20g in and brewing for about 25 seconds. It was a crowd pleaser at my house. I think it’ll be the same at yours.

I’m proud to offer you this coffee and I believe it represents what an Ethiopia coffee from the Guji zone can produce. Cheers and happy brewing.

Size: 12oz

Grind: Whole bean
