This mechanically washed micro lot comes to us from the Terrazu region which is between 1200 - 1900m above sea level. This is one of those coffees that will be happy either as a Filter or an Espresso prep, so I am offering you the option to choose your method.

I find there is a trade-off away from the more acidic cup to something a little more rounded, which I believe makes this coffee a good candidate as a daily drinker. There is a range of baked goods flavors in the filter prep with a larger and silkier body for those of you brewing this on your home espresso machines. I won’t spoil the tasting notes as what you experience is entirely yours.

I like this coffee via drip as the mornings begin to coo. But my personal favorite is a 5 oz milk-based espresso drink with about 40g of espresso.
