This is the first time we have ever had a Brazil coffee that has been processed with the honey style. This is the form of drying where parts of the fruit mucilage is left intact with the seed. This imparts a touch of extra sweetness into the seed which I have been careful to keep. So unlike one of those gritty extra chocolate bombs from a traditonnaly dry process Brazilian coffee, this one is roasted ever so slightly lighter than that. While I believe it holds up nicely in a milk-based espresso drink, it’ll also work in more delicate types of preparation (think pour over or other filter varieties). I am proud to offer this coffee to you all.

I think this coffee works best for a milk-based espresso drink. But, it’s versatile and can be enjoyed with many different brewing methods. Kick back and enjoy this one. It’s an incredibly small lot, so enjoy it while you can.
