This mechanically washed micro lot comes to us from the El Danto farm, which sits about 1750 meters above sea level in the famed West Valley region.

I roast this coffee to the sweet spot between City+ and Full City, which creates a beautiful balance in the cup. There is a nice compact sweetness and a lovely and lingering bittersweetness in the finish. I won’t spoil the tasting notes as what you experience is entirely yours. And so too can this coffee be.

A pour over would be really lovely with this coffee. And then finish off the morning with it as a doppio.
