Guatemala Acatenango Gesha

$42.00

Some coffees are comforting. Others are expressive. This one is refined. And I am so proud to offer it to you.

This is a 92-point Gesha grown on the volcanic slopes of Acatenango between 1600–1700 meters. I’ve roasted this one light to preserve the clarity, florality, and brightness that define this varietal.

From the first fragrance to the final sip, it carries a high level of sweetness with layered floral character and elegant acidity. The cup feels structured but delicate — expressive without being loud. As it cools, soft fruit tones and tea-like qualities begin to emerge, leaving a long, clean finish that lingers. Honestly, I believe the coffee is fully expressed as it cools.

I recommend a more delicate type of preparation. Should you try it over espresso, it’ll need care, skill, and a little luck. I prefer it over pour over. But, I commend the brave.

This is not a daily driver.
It’s a coffee for slowing down.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

Size: 12oz

Grind: Whole bean

★★★★★

“It brings me back to being in Breckenridge … skiing. I was there two years ago and we would sit by the fire place, drinking coffee, and watch it snow.”
